"I'm a decent mechanic, but I couldn't build something like this from the ground up," Bucky admits. His specialty runs more along the lines of guns and motorcycles and battlefield ingenuity. Rigging up a clockwork arm with Victorian technology isn't, exactly, his field. It probably isn't Stark's, either, but the guy has a bigger pool of knowledge to draw from, if nothing else.

Even so, he's not someone whose expertise Bucky is eager to seek out.

"There's probably someone around here who'd be willing to help, but mostly I'm just holding out hope that it goes away soon."
